Vincero Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will start selling the "ColorChecker® series" of color management products from Calibright, Inc. in the Japanese market on November 25, 2021.

These products are color management products for photography, video, design, and content production based on X-Rite® technology.

In September 2021, we allied with Calibrate, Inc. of the United States to distribute and sell color management solutions in Japan and became the sole distributor of Calibrate, Inc. products in the Japanese market.

We would like to thank our customers and distributors for their continued support of Calibright's products.

Product Support

Product support for Calibright's ColorChecker(R) series will begin after the product is sold.

Support for the former X-Rite products will be provided by X-Rite until the end of this year and will continue to be supported by Calibright from 2022 onward.

Support for Current X-Rite Customers Calibrite is providing global support for all existing X-Rite photo and video customers and honoring warranties for products previously sold by X-Rite. Customer support is provided via a dedicated support portal on www.calibrite.com with technical specialists responding to support requests by email or phone. Calibrite maintains access to X-Rite’s massive library of customer support documents.
